Revival: Legacy Protocol
The arena is set. The gates are open. Prove your strength — where it all began.

Prove your strength from where it all began
The community that fostered countless first steps invites you to a new challenge — not for the faint of heart, but for the fiercest combatants in the realm. This is no training yard. This is an top-tier tournament where only the most skilled in Crystalline Conflict will prevail.

Revival: Legacy Protocol is an eight-team double elimination tournament.
Each round is a stage of the bracket (e.g., Round One, Loser’s Final).
All sets are best-of-three (Bo3) until the Winners Final, Losers Final, and Grand Final, which are best-of-five (Bo5).
Proud partners of Extra Life
We are proudly partnering with Extra Life, a program supporting Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.
We will be playing in support of Duke Children's Hospital & Health Center based in North Carolina, USA.

During the tournament, we will host a charity donation drive. We ask all participants and viewers to act with respect and positivity to support this meaningful cause.
Please remember that all charity promotions must remain appropriate, family-friendly, and in line with Extra Life’s community guidelines.
100% of all donations go directly to help children's hospitals through Extra Life.
Rules
Read the tournament guidelines before registering your team. Rules can also be found on the team registration page.
Sign-ups close August 16th, 2025.
Teams must consist of 5 to 7 players—5 active players and up to 2 substitutes. All participating players must be members of the Revival Discord server. Active players are required to use the designated Revival voice channels during matches, while bench or substitute players may not remain in voice channels during play. All players must be in good standing within the Revival community to participate. Players may only play on one team per tournament. Once registered, teams cannot change their team names, and team names must not contain any copyrighted material. Each team must designate both a Captain and a Co-Captain. If more than 8 teams register, staff will prioritize team selection based on past tournament performances. Only the losing team may swap jobs or substitute players between games. The winning team must keep the same jobs and lineup from their previous win. If a player drops and the team cannot field five players, the team will be disqualified for that set.
Teams are not allowed to have duplicate jobs. Match settings must have Stage Events and Medical Kits turned on. The use of macros and Quick Chat is allowed. If a player disconnects before the gates open, a rematch will be allowed. If a player disconnects after the gates open, the game must be played through. No replays are permitted once the gates have opened.
Maps are determined by tournament organizers using the command /random 6: 1 = Palaistra, 2 = Volcanic Heart, 3 = Cloud Nine, 4 = Clockwork Castletown, 5 = Red Sands, and 6 = Bayside Battleground. The losing team picks the next map. A team may not pick a map they’ve already won on in the same set. No map may be played back-to-back. Twitch matches will be selected on stream using a randomizer.
Captains will be pinged in Discord when their set is ready. Teams have 10 minutes to enter the Party Finder. The losing team is given 2 minutes to lock in their jobs or make player substitutions. Failure to meet these time limits may result in a set loss or disqualification at the tournament organizer's discretion.
Captains must report set result screenshots in the Discord match-report channel and tag @staff to confirm. Toxicity, harassment, trolling, or any rule violations will result in immediate disqualification and removal from the tournament. Spectators are only allowed via the official stream or approved player POVs. In-game spectators are not permitted unless authorized by tournament staff.
Teams can win from a total prize pool of 200 million gil. First place will win 120M, second place at 60M, and third place at 20M. Each of the three placement teams also have the opportunity to receive sponsored prizes from the delegated placement sponsor. Players who accept the physical prize are obligated to share a photo of their prize onto their social media channels, tagging Revival and the sponsor. International players outside of the sponsor's home region will need to pay for any potential import fees out of their own pocket.
